1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and fa7779 ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the fa7779 online gaming platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). 2.2 Account Registration and Security

To access fa7779 Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must immediately notify fa7779 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. fa7779 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. Each User is permitted only one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

fa7779 accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers via Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), credit and debit cards, and over-the-counter payment networks. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Pesos (₱100), though specific payment methods may impose higher minimums.

Deposited funds are available for immediate use once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. fa7779 does not charge fees for deposits; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees. You acknowledge that all funds deposited into your fa7779 account are intended solely for gaming purposes and not for money transfer, currency exchange, or any illegal activities.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to these Terms and applicable verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Pesos (₱500). Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya) and within three (3) business days for bank transfers. Actual receipt times depend on the payment provider and are not under fa7779's control.

Before processing a withdrawal, fa7779 may require you to verify your identity by providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your name. Any bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms before withdrawal is permitted.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

fa7779 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction or account activity that raises suspicion. Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal is permitted. We may refuse to process withdrawals that do not meet this requirement or that we reasonably believe are related to illegal activity. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities as required by Philippine law.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play

4.2 Game Malfunctions

If a malfunction results in an incorrect payout being credited to your account, you agree to immediately notify fa7779 and to refund any incorrectly awarded funds. Failure to do so may result in account suspension and legal action to recover the funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

Each bonus or promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions, including eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. 5.2 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using payment methods registered to other individuals; irregular gameplay patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements; arbitrage betting; and any other activity that fa7779 determines to be abusive. Violations may result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and account balance, as well as permanent account closure.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

It is your responsibility not to attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by creating additional accounts. Any such attempts will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of account balances.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 fa7779's Right to Suspend or Terminate

fa7779 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons: violation of these Terms; fraudulent activity or suspected fraud; providing false information during registration; underage gambling; use of the Services for illegal purposes; abusive behavior toward staff or other players; inactivity for more than twelve (12) consecutive months; or any other reason that fa7779 determines, in its sole discretion, warrants suspension or termination.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases. fa7779 will process any pending withdrawals and return your account balance (excluding any bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds that do not meet wagering requirements) within a reasonable timeframe, provided that the account is in good standing and there are no ongoing investigations into potential Terms violations.

7.2 Your Right to Close Account

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance within thirty (30) days. After thirty (30) days, unclaimed balances will be forfeited. Accounts closed due to responsible gaming concerns cannot be reopened for a minimum of six (6) months and require communication with our responsible gaming team.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the fa7779 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of fa7779 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the fa7779 platform without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, fa7779, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your fa7779 account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute with fa7779, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through this process. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution through mediation or arbitration as provided under Philippine law.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Amendments

fa7779 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Services and close your account.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and fa7779 regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

11.4 No Waiver

fa7779's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of fa7779.

11.5 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any other person or entity without fa7779's prior written consent. fa7779 may assign or transfer these Terms and your account to any affiliate or successor entity without your consent.
